How long does it take to Ship and Receive the ordered products?
Orders placed by returning customer is shipped the same business day, if order is received before 4:00 PM EST.

For first-time orders, we will call to verify information and require a signed credit card authorization with valid ID. We also accept Cashier's Check, Personal Check, and Money Orders.

When orders are shipped to other states, sales tax is not collected or charged.
What Type of Payments are accepted?

We ship via Fedex or any secured courier with full insurance. For returning customers, orders received before 4:00 PM EST ship same business day. New customer orders ship after verification.

Do you have warranty on the jewelry?
22kt gold jewelry is softer than 18k or 14k and requires extra care. We do offer free repairs for replacing faceted gemstones, pearls, corals and CZs in most cases.
What shall I do when I sign for shipment?

Exchange or Return:
All www.MeenaJewelers.com web-site customers are eligible for a refund or exchange the product they receive if it does not meet their expectations or for any other reasons, provided they follow and agree to the following rules and procedures.
The policy and procedure for EXCHANGE is different from the Policy for RETURN so please note and understand them clearly, before purchasing any product and follow them in case you wish to return or exchange.

Exchange Policy:
- Customer may exchange any item, purchased from our web site within 30 days, from the day they sign for product, to receive it.
- We do not charge any extra fees, for the exchange except for the shipping and insurance when we ship the exchange back to them, from our side.
- If the total amount of exchange is more than the original purchased value, the customer will have to pay the difference which we will charge to the original card of payment, if the original payment was made by Check, Cash or Money order then the customer will have to make the payment for the difference amount before we could ship the exchanged product.
- If the amount of exchange is less than the original amount and you have a credit, we will maintain a store credit in your account for 1 year at the maximum after which period we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue a refund back to you.
- All exchanges will be in the same category only.(You could exchange anything within the same category and its sub-categories)
- If the customer needs to exchange from a different category we will charge the customer 10% of the value of the product being returned for exchange.
- Please note that as the gold price is not constant and keeps changing and our web site gives the customer the updated daily price. At the time of exchange we will give you the credit for the exchanged merchandise based on the price at the time of exchange or charge the new item based on the price of the original purchase at our discretion.

Procedure for Exchange:
- Please return the product to be exchanged in its original packing, and write your e-mail Id on our file, with your name and phone number and enclose your original invoice or a copy, mentioning that you need to exchange the items
- Write the details of the items you wish to get in exchange. (Its Product code) and if you can, also submit your request for exchange online, by sending us an e-mail at info@meenajewelers.com . The e-mail will help us to hold the product you intend to get in exchange.
- Package all items, with care, so the items are secure, and do not get damaged during transit, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PUT THE NOTE mentioning your intent.
- Ship the package to us via any shipper you prefer or the United States Postal Service, please insure the package and keep the tracking number and relevant details, in the rare case that the package is lost or misplaced.
- We will not be held responsible for the product if it is lost or stolen in transit.
- Please make sure that a signature must be required for any package that has been shipped to us, we will not be responsible for packages that do not reach us and are lost or stolen in transit or are not signed by us.
- For safety reason we would like the customers shipping us the package not to mention the entire name MEENA JEWELERS on the package, because there are more chances of theft in case the word JEWELERS is mentioned on the box.

Returns:
Policy for Returns
- Please make sure that the product is in the same condition, as it was when we shipped it to you. Please do not wear, handle casually or damage the products you intend to return or exchange
- If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you could do so, the product mush reach us within the 30 days of receiving the merchandise.(The day you receive and sign for the product)
- We will deduct 10% restocking fee plus cost of shipping and insurance and give a refund to your original card of payment. If the original payment was made by check or cash or money order then we will issue a refund check of the refund amount and mail it within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the content.
- Please note In case of a chargeback being initiated by the customer. We will charge an additional of 10% of the value of the order as administration fee to cover the cost of extra effort to refute the chargeback and provide documents and information to the banks.
- Please note that as gold price is not constant / keeps changing and our web site gives the customer updated daily price. At the time of return we will give you credit for returned merchandise based on the price at the time of return, on the price of original purchase at our discretion.
- An email notice for credit issued will be sent to the email address on file when the credit is processed.
- Please note : Once your order is processed and you wish to cancel the order, a 10 % restocking fee will apply, even though we might not have shipped your order (no exceptions).
- The restocking fee will also apply to orders shipped and found unsatisfactory for any reason, or, dammaged during transportation or considered defective by the customer. We take utmost care in inspecting the goods shipped, however, we have experience with customers that are very Peeky and will find a small scratch or dent and want a refund.
